Nicole Richie's Colorful Wigs

From fashion icon to fully fledged unicorn! Nicole Richie’s colorful hair wigs experimentation has us aching for summer.

First up, Nicole started playing with her signature boho blonde locks with this spray in white-grey color for the 2013 ‘Punk’ themed Met Gala. It’s definitely not our favorite look of Nicole’s but we loved that she took a risk to fully immerse herself in the Punk theme of the Gala and we think her risk paid off!

Next, was Nicole’s first foray into pastel color. She showed off this lavender shade on Instagram before admitting to everyone that it was actually a very cleverly photoshopped picture, but, it seems Nicole was actually gauging everyone’s reactions! She showed off her real-life lilac locks a little later and we were completely in love and immediately started searching for the perfect lilac lace wigs so we could steal Nicole’s style.

Following on from her lilac experiment, Nicole clearly became an avid lover of colored hair! After she was bored of her purple hue, Nicole dyed her locks this azure blue color which we thought was really striking against her fair skin - we think this might just be our favorite of Nicole Richie’s rainbow hair shades.

Nicole soon became bored of her smurf shade but was still feeling blue, so she opted for this deep, almost black, midnight blue hue instead. We think this look is perfect for anyone who’s tempted to go for a daring color change but might be a bit  nervous!

Nicole’s next colorful wig was more of an accident. As her midnight blue hue began to fade, Nicole’s hair took on this gunmetal grey color. We already have a bit of an obsession with grey hair so we loved this look on Nicole, it’s definitely Tumblr-worthy.

Nicole was recently spotted with this bright turquoise shade. Although this look is actually a wig, we’re wondering whether Nicole might decide to sport this look in real life, after all, her colorful wig obsession did start from an faux photo so who knows?!She’s still not finished though! Nicole Richie is currently sporting a soft, bubblegum pink color and a gorgeous pixie crop which we think is ideal for cheering up these dreary winter days, as well as preparing for spring.
